          When our doctor received our HATM reports, he proceeded with prescribing whatever we needed to supplement or the minerals had too high of a reading, that needed to be eliminated or scaled down from our diets.

     Your physician should give you a list of Laboratory needs. I'm not including ours because they may not apply to you.  CHOOSE your physician CAREFULLY.

If your Thyroid reading is normal, you are fine. To figure if your Thyroid is norm; you have to take your Basal Temperature.

     BEFORE you get up in the morning; you use a DIGITAL thermometer ours is a Vick's from Walmart, you are Hypothyroid. If your temperature is 97.7 or less. For the upper end (Hyperthyroidism), I think you should research that aspect. I'm not quite sure what it is, maybe 98.6???

     That is when I found out that I 'WAS' Hypothyroid. I researched about it and found that the original drug for it was called Armour Thyroid. They worked to modernize it!

     I also found out that once you start on Thyroid medication, you never get off of it! They also have negative side effects! In fact, I went back to the original Armour Thyroid that I found on the Internet. Several companies carry it. Use your search button (lower left) to find them.

      The next supplement deals with Iodine. We take several iodine supplements. This one is a good one.

      I take my supplements twice a day, in the morning and after supper. I take 19 in the morning and I add another 7 in the evening.

     There are many companies that produce supplements. When I first started out, I would randomly chose the supplier. I then  learned that Amazon was a  very good place to shop.

     The more I got into it, I happened to find an EXCELLENT supplier. The brand name Micro Ingredients. They basically wholesale supplements in large envelopes. They are very REASONABLE. :)

     Our supplement costs are not cheap. However, I would do, what I did AGAIN. Marcia and I find that the cost is trivial, when you get the promised results. We're feeling way younger than we are. The proof is in the pudding, so the saying goes!

     

     

     

                                                 PRE SUPPLEMENT ROUTINE 

    

     Before embarking on all of the supplements that we take, I have to mention that we have been doing Intermittent Fasting for about 15 years. that means that we have only two meals per day, lunch and supper!

     I found that I had to have some nourishment, first thing in the morning. The first routine that I set up was that after having taken my supplements, I would give myself some nourishment to make it to lunch.

     Then I would get out Adams crunchy peanut butter, a teaspoon of raw honey and about a half cup of Kirkland Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.

     I would blend this in a small dish with a teaspoon. Once it was thoroughly mixed, I ate it while having a cup of coffee.

     That was my routine until we were hit with our COVID like illness a month ago. Food was not a pleasure to eat (one of the symptoms). I knew that I had to get control of that situation.

     I have since then replaced my usual peanut, etc. routine with this following concoction.

     I put 2 raw eggs, 1/2 cup each of raw kefir and raw cream, 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice, 1//2 cup of coconut oil (mentioned above) and since this is mango season in California I buy mangos for $1 each. I use 3 slices in my mixture. 

     The fresh squeezed orange juice comes from the oranges that we buy from Costco. We buy several bags for making our own vitamin C supplement.

     I have to tell you; it makes a very delicious and healthy breakfast:) It satisfies me way into lunch time.

     When you consider that drink and all the supplements that I consume; it has no effect on my weight.

 

                                                          CANNABIS INFORMATION

      I thought I'd start out with a picture of a Northern Lights Autoflower plants (above) grown by my Marcia. She's about 5' 5" tall.

      The difference between 'Autoflower' and regular plants is that the Autoflower takes only 90 days from seed to harvest.

     Regular cannabis plants are governed by a simple code system. You plant them in the spring and you harvest them in the fall.

     Another thing to look at is the amount of of two elements: Indica and Sativa.

      Indica is the first reading and Sativa is the second of the combination (ie. 90% / 10%). Indica is basically the medicinal element; whereas Sativa is the element that deals with your mind! I've tried other combinations like (80% / 20%). I got high (by mistake) from one that was high Sativa! NEVER AGAIN! I was a basket case and did NOT care for those feelings. I have enough of a problem dealing with my mind, without having to use a high Sativa product.

     I have purchased Northen  Lights from a company in Holland,  Amsterdam. The seeds are inferior to the ILGM seeds. 

     As I write this I have 4 plants that will be ready to pick in about a week. The plants are only 24" high, a far cry from where they should be, if they were ILGM plants!

     You need to research the benefits of Cannabis. It's been demonized when they put it in with other lethal drugs , during the 'Prohibition'!
