ALASKA  AIRLINES RESERVATION

       I have just made our reservations for our yearly escape, from the       cold to California. 

     This year, I found out, the hard way, that Alaska Air is using an AI  program! I tried several times to get the phone number, they all failed.   I tried several searches to obtain it

            I was thrown into the world of AI !

     After an interchange of a few sentences, I noticed the lack of any understanding of personal humorous sarcasm! Liana, the operator was evidently having her period! 

     I even asked her if she was an AI operator. She basically jumped to a prerecorded statement, which basically said in a machined manner, that she's about to CLOSE the chat, unless I had something else!😒

     I finally was connected to a  LIVE representative. Stephany, was her name. She was  very pleasant and very much alive😏

     I had a fantastic time with a human lady, named Stephany.

   I gave her my blog URL and invited her to participate with us.😊
