BOWEL MOVEMENTS MADE EASILY
Id like to open this topic to give you the background that made this all possible.
It starts when Marcia and I were invited, by Sue, a very dear friend to take a trip to her homeland of Thailand.
While there, her brother, who worked for a tour company was our tour guide😉
We had a GREAT time, going to many of Thailand's highlights. The best was going to many places that weren't the typical tourist traps!
We happened to out in a rural area We stopped at a busy country spot where people had items for sale.
THIS IS FROM WHERE MY STORY WAS BORN.
I was having 'the URGE'. I was directed to the house, of the family that was sponsoring the event.
We (Marcia and I) were escorted to a four by four wide and about six feet high box with a tiled floor which had a six inch hole in the center. The toilet was a BRAND NEW experience for us.
WE HAD TO SQUAT, not sit! Thank God!
That is the whole secret, we have to SQUAT.😉
When you assume the position described above, that's simply about SQUATTING😊
I know that some of you are going to say, "I bet this is going to be a crappy subject!
I have to remind you, when you talk with an old man, the subject about his BMs, always finishes his talk!
Several months ago, I was in the bathroom doing mine. I found a system which has revolutionized the events!
You sit, ERECTLY (very important), on the seat. SPREAD your legs apart (comfortably).
Reach, with your hands, to find the front your knees, at the joint. You'll feel a slight indentation, That's the spot.😉
Remember to sit as erect as you can (it's very IMPORTANT).
Use mind control to focus on your bowel movement, as if you were having a rough time of it. Try to find the muscles that control the bowel movement. that might take a little practice; don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.
If you're doing it right, you should feel some bowel movement. (That's good., you're almost there. )
Just as you can FEEL that you can (are starting one) have a BM, BRING your knees together, do it in as a smooth rapid move , while continually PRESSING, that spot on your knees. Do it, so that you don't lose the momentum. This is a very IMPORTANT part.
It will cleanse the gas and solids out of you, as if you were a rocket on a platform, BLASTING OFF!
Another point that I noticed, if you didn't do a good job, you should hear a slight gurgling of your bowel, refilling, Do it again.
