         The Health Benefits of Mugwort



                                     

          Last week , I noticed a small vibrantly green herb. It piqued my interest. I took a picture of it and found what it was AND what it does.
     Today, I went around our property to search for more. I found in comparison to the plant that I harvested  last week, I was a bit too late for a quality product. However I did dig up enough for a good batch😉

      Mugwort (Artemisia vulgari) has been used for centuries to help with pregnancy and menstruation-related issues. It is believed to have various health benefits, including pain relief, supporting liver health, easing muscle cramps, and improving digestion. Mugwort may also have antibacterial and antifungal properties.1 The health benefits of mugwort come from its rich chemical makeup, with essential oils and various natural compounds that include artemisinin.and camphor. However, mugwort supplements may not be right for everyone, especially people who are pregnant or those allergic to ragweed.
