WOW, this is a part of my daily diet. My breakfast and lunch are composed of a mixture that I concocted using nutritious natural foods, such as raw honey, coconut oil, raw eggs, Kefir and cream along with fresh mangoes , fresh orange juice, rhubarb sauce, a large tablespoon of steamed prunes and an over ripe banana. At lunch I do the same thing; the only exception is a large tablespoon of Adams honey. I consume a quart size jar of my mixture. I've been doing this for several months. I feel FANTASTIC!
And now for the rest of the story.
Did you know eating avocado and egg can actually promote cellular repair reducing chronic pain, slowing aging, accelerating healing, restoring tissue and organ function, boosting energy and fighting fatigue, enhancing skin and hair health, boosting immunity, aiding detoxification, reducing inflammation and more!
Eggs are a complete source of high-quality protein, meaning they contain all nine essential amino acids. Amino acids are the fundamental building blocks your body needs to construct and repairing cells, tissues and muscle fibers.
Also, eggs contain choline which is crucial for brain development and liver function. Choline is also a key structural component of cell membranes, which are vital for healthy cellular communication and signaling.
Eggs also contain several vitamins that are essential for cellular health such as B vitamins (especially B12), and vitamin D. Furthermore, eggs contain selenium which is a powerful antioxidant mineral that helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
Avocados are rich in monosaturated fats (like oleic acid), which are critical for maintaining the structure and function of cell membranes. Avocados are also packed with antioxidants, which combat oxidative stress caused by free radicals.
Avocados also contain fiber which helps regulate blood sugar which is important for maintaining stable energy levels for cellular function and repair.
Avocados also provide vitamins and minerals that support cellular health such as potassium and vitamin K.
When consumed together, eggs and avocado have a synergistic effect that enhances their cellular benefits. For starters, the healthy fats in avocado help your body absorb the fat-soluble vitamins found in eggs, such as Vitamins A, D and E.
Eggs provide high-quality protein for building and repairing, while avocados provide healthy fats and fiber for sustained energy. This balance of macronutrients is crucial for optimizing overall cell function.
The combination of antioxidants and healthy fats also helps reduce cellular inflammation, creating an optimal environment for cells to repair and regenerate.
I feel great; I rest my case. 😘
